We are currently looking for 1 individual to fill the role of  JR. SUPPORT SPECIALIST (BL).

 Description

Provide technical assistance and consultation to global customers for software related issues.

Responsibilities

• Build good relationship with global customers and understand their needs
• Provide world class customer services to large enterprise users
• Have thorough knowledge of software products and IT environments to provide in-depth technical helps and meet customer satisfaction
• Communicate with customers and take appropriate actions to resolve their issues
• Identify product defects based on product design, customer issues and technical analysis
• Develop KnowledgeBase, procedures and support tools to improve services efficiency
• Coordinate with R&D team, PM team and Sales team to meet customer needs

Requirements

• Bachelor Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Good communication skills and inter-personal skills
• Good experience with Linux and/or Windows.
• Good ability in problem troubleshooting, analysis and resolution.
• Knowledge with grid software is a plus.
