Platform Computing launches HPC management product

Platform Computing has released new version of Platform HPC, a high performance computing (HPC) management product that is designed to enable technical application users harness the power and scalability of HPC clusters.
The company said the new version is based on the workload scheduler, Platform LSF, and features cluster provisioning, workload management, reporting and monitoring, MPI libraries and more, all of which are accessible via a Web user interface.
The cluster software offering's Web user interface simplifies the application integration process and cluster configuration.
The offering enables HPC users to deploy, run and manage their HPC clusters while meeting the requirements for application performance and predictable workload management.
