Certification Terms & Conditions

Platform Product Title
Certification Schedule:
Please check back from time to time for new Certification events scheduled in various locations.
Location(s):

Platform Certification is at various locations as announced on the website at www.platform.com/services/training/certification

Registration & Confirmation:
Step 1: Please register for the certification test online to ensure reservation of a seat.
Step 2: Registration will be formal and confirmed only with issue of a Purchase Order or Credit Card payment at least 21 working days prior to the day of certification test.
Student Travel and Living Expenses:
  • Will have to be borne by the students
  • We do not recommend purchase of non-refundable travel tickets
  • We are not responsible for any cancellation charges incurred by the student
Certificate:
Each participant will receive the Platform accreditation if they successfully pass the certification test.
Platform Cancellation:
  • Platform Computing reserves the right to cancel a certification test 5 business days prior to the scheduled date due to insufficient registrations or other unforeseen circumstances
  • All students will be informed and given the option to refund their payment or receive equivalent credit towards a future certification test
Student Cancellation:

Cancellation to be requested and confirmed at least 15 working days before the certification test for full refund. For cancellation thereafter, 25% of the fee will be charged as cancellation fee and no refund will be provided

Payment terms:

Purchase Order to be issued against which an invoice will be issued with Net 30 payment terms. You can pay by credit card to confirm your registration.

Dress code:

Please dress comfortably.
